Death by suicide is the biggest killer of young people aged 16-24.
Over the course of a lifetime 1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts, 1 in 14 people self-harm, and 1 in 15 people attempt suicide (Mind).
We strongly believe that, as a society, we need to be pro-active – encouraging early years conversation; peer check-in and appropriate early interventional signposting – to reduce the instances where young adults reach their darkest moment.
